My design journey began at Lockton, where I had the opportunity to explore various creative areas. I was responsible for designing presentations, corporate magazines, infographics, monthly newsletters, and illustrations, as well as managing social media and visual content. My focus was always on clear, effective communication while maintaining strong visual consistency aligned with the company’s brand.

Later, I joined Maximus Design, initially working as a graphic designer creating social media posts, visual identities, and editing videos. When the company opened a new web design department, I transitioned into it and discovered my passion for UI/UX and WordPress (Elementor). I worked on a variety of exciting projects, including pages for famous Brazilian artists and landing pages for Lollapalooza Brazil, one of the country’s most iconic festivals.

After that, I became the lead designer at Platty, an Australian agency, where I worked on the SAE platform, a project for the Australian Government. It’s one of the projects I’m most proud of, as being part of a government-level initiative was incredibly rewarding. In addition to SAE, I also designed websites for major universities and educational institutions from all over the world, including exchange programs and academic platforms.

I then joined HyncData, where I handled a wide variety of projects across different industries such as crypto startups, healthcare companies, educational platforms, personal portfolios, event websites, and creative agencies. It was a fast-paced and highly creative environment, especially during the boom of AI tools, which pushed me to constantly explore new solutions and workflows.

Currently, I’m the Lead UI/UX Designer and Head of Design at Floowi, a US-based agency focused on design, development, and web management. One of my biggest challenges here was building a full-time design team from scratch, as the company previously only worked with freelancers. I also helped raise the bar for design quality, collaborating closely with a large development team to create more complex and visually rich websites with animations, interactions, and scalable systems. The pace is intense, and I’ve learned to balance speed and quality through experience, intuition, and lots of experimentation.

Each step in my career has shaped the way I see design, combining clarity, usability, creativity, and performance into digital experiences that make a real impact.
